New Students
New students can call the school office and leave a message to schedule a registration packet pickup time, or one can be mailed out to you.
Manteno Elementary School (Grades PK-4): 815-928-7200

The forms below are available in the office during registration, but you may wish to print out and complete ahead of time.
Once the basic forms are completed, you will be directed to log into Skyward Family Access to finish all the online forms. Both the basic paper packet and the online portion MUST be completed before your child can start school. Once all registration forms have been submitted, please allow a MINIMUM of 48 business hours for approval. The school office will notify parents of the student's start date once everything has been verified.
New students will need a County Birth Certificate (not the one from the hospital) along with 3 Proofs of Residency:
One (1) from this list: Lease, Rent Receipt, Mortgage Payment, or Property Tax Bill
Two (2) from this list: Driver's License or State ID, ONE utility bill, Insurance Policy, Bank Statement
